15th Annual Friendraiser: Ozark Hollers & Headwaters

A Celebration of Ozark Hollers and Headwaters and 15 years of protecting the lands and waters flowing to Beaver Lake!

We are excited to invite you to our 15th Annual Friendraiser: A Celebration of Ozark Hollers & Headwaters! The celebration is returning to Bunch Park in Elkins, Arkansas on Thursday, September 17th from 6:00 to 8:30 PM. To mark this milestone 15-year anniversary, we are gathering along the beautiful White River to celebrate source water protection and all the amazing work we have accomplished together as a community!

As the source of drinking water for more than 1 in 5 Arkansans, Beaver Lake powers our local industries, fuels our regional growth, provides habitat for wildlife, and brings in millions in tourism spending to Northwest Arkansas every single year. Our dedicated community of conservation partners, landowners, and supporters is at the heart of protecting this watershed and is what drives this work forward.

Whether you’ve been with us for 15 years or just discovering NWA, an outdoor enthusiast celebrating the Ozarks, or a landowner looking for practical resources and stewardship solutions to bring back to your property, this event is for you!

What’s in Store for the Night:

• Live Music & Festivities: Bring your family and friends to enjoy a relaxed, fun-filled evening by the river with games, local tunes, and the friendliest community in the Ozarks.
• Good Food & Drinks: Relax, unwind, and share some river stories with your neighbors over a delicious local meal and drinks in the park. (Included with your ticket)
• Conservation & Community Tabling: Connect directly with local partners, discover stewardship solutions for your own property, or participate in fun, interactive activities for all ages.
• Recognizing Watershed Champions: We are presenting special awards to outstanding landowners and local organizations for their dedication to keeping our watershed healthy. Help us thank them for their work.
• Silent Auction & Raffle: Win while supporting the watershed! Browse our silent auction tables to place your bids on gear, gifts, and experiences donated by local businesses and purchase raffle tickets to win the big prize

Ticket & Pricing Details

To keep this celebration accessible for families and friends, we have several options available:

• Individual Tickets | $25: Includes a meal ticket and two beer tickets
• Youth & Students (13-20 years old) | $10: Includes a meal ticket and non-alcoholic drinks
• Kids Under 12 | FREE: Bring the kiddos! There’s no cost for children under 12 to join in on the food, games, and fun.
• Community Table (Seats 8) | $250: Bring your friends, family, colleagues or conservation crew. Your table includes: Seating for 8, food & drinks, Raffle Tickets, and a fun night celebrating 15 years of Beaver Watershed Alliance!
• Sponsorship: Align your brand with regional conservation efforts and enjoy exclusive recognition while supporting clean water in the Ozarks.

$1,000 River & Hollers Outreach Sponsorship: Support the Alliance’s education and outreach programming and launch of the Holler Waters Run Deep campaign! Includes brand recognition in marketing and at event as a River & Hollers Sponsor, a full table for eight with your logo prominently placed on the table centerpiece, complete with dinner, drinks, and free raffle tickets for everyone (8 ticket packages)!

$2,500 Watershed Land Management Sponsorship: Directly help fund land management practice implementation for our Forest, Pond & SmartGrowth Program! Logo banner with premium placement at event and brand recognition across all event marketing communications highlighting the impact of your contribution. Includes a full table for eight with your logo prominently placed on the table centerpiece, complete with dinner, drinks, and free raffle tickets for everyone (8 ticket packages)!

• Volunteer Ticket | FREE with a Shift: Want to help us host the rally? We’d love to have you! Instead of registering here, send an email to stephanie@beaverwatershedalliance.org to sign up for a short volunteer shift. In exchange for your help, your dinner, drinks, and a free raffle ticket are completely on us.
